Returns & Exchanges

At Focus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium iPhone case. If your new design doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the iPhone case you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the case in its original protective packaging to prevent scratches during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our design team will inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receipt, after which your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
